Once in a while I come across a home run on the Grog Log, or a drink that people have been raving about, and Painkiller is both of those. This drink is an awesome blend of texture, garnish, and sweet complex taste. Painkiller consists of creme of coconut, a hefty dose of pineapple juice, orange juice and dark rum. The whole thing is shaken to a frothy mixture, poured over crushed ice, then garnished with nutmeg and cinnamon on top. I would recommend this drink to anyone looking for a refreshing sweet tiki drink with a bit of spice to it. Good way to kick off this visit.
